I work through an EFT lens and seek to be trauma informed, anti racist and diverse in my practices in regards to culture, gender and sexuality. I have a passion for working with clients with generational trauma, racial trauma, infidelity/betrayal trauma, substance use. I also focus on supporting interracial/intercultural couples or individuals (adolescents or adults) with challenges in self-esteem and anxiety who are looking to grow in self-love, find their voice, and show up as their authentic, genuine selves in all areas of their lives.
